BALI TIMBER HOUSES
is a partner in a local joint venture comprising
four companies. The joint venture was established in the year 2000
together with BWTC (Bali World Trading Co.), Bali Timber World and
Bali Timber Houses (*) Since its start the joint venture has grown
rapidly to become one of the foremost manufacturers in Prefab Houses
in Indonesia of
engineered Prefabricated Wooden Houses and Prefab custom made Houses and Villas,
in particular for Bali style Prefab Houses, Bali style Bungalows and Gazebos.
We can also supply Log Cabins and Log Homes and Tree Houses. We have a staff of architects, professional
engineers and site supervisors to guarantee that our product has the
required structural integrity and remains of high end quality.
We do not admit to be the cheapest timber prefab house
manufacturer in Indonesia, though without being conceited we are certainly rated among
the best in the country given the responses our of clients.
(*) P.T. Bali Woodworld is the holding
partner, our partner Bali Timber World is responsible for the engineering and produces the
main structures for our Prefab Bali Houses. Bali Timber Houses merely
concentrates on the fabrication of Bali style gazebos, sidings and
flooring and wooden cabinets. BWTC
(Bali World Trading Co) produces the doors and windows for our prefab
houses.
Being the first in Bali introducing
and producing fully engineered Prefab Timber Houses and Gazebos (*)
following a unique in-house developed prefab concept, based on a
40-year experience in the prefab timber world, we rapidly became the
front runner. Since 2000 we have designed and exported our products to
Hawaii, the
Caribbean (US Virgin Islands, Barbados, Bahamas, St. Martin,
Sta. Lucia, Cayman islands), the Pacific
(Fiji islands, Tonga), South Africa, Panama,
Turkey, Greece......and the end is not in sight. New
developments in Honduras,
Colombia,
Australia, India.
