Due to constant plagiarism in the past
whereas pictures, drawings and text was copied at random from our web site
and used without our consent on other web sites we have protected our site
as follows:
All pictures and drawings
are copyright protected via a digital hidden watermark using Digimarc ®
Picture Marc technology. We strongly advise you not to copy or print any
of our pictures and/or drawings. A patented tracking option is embedded in
the picture or drawing which will report any copyright infringement to
Digimarc's ® Registry while tracking the e-mail address or URL to
which our picture or drawing was downloaded. As such we know who copied or
printed the picture or drawing without our consent. This will protect us
from unauthorized use of our pictures and drawings.
All of our pages are also
protected by COPYSCAPE ® against web site contents
infringement. Do not copy contents from any of our web site pages.
Plagiarism will be detected by COPYSCAPE ® and made known to
us.
In the event of plagiarism
and depending on the degree of the infringement we will not hesitate to
implement one or both of the actions described in the bullet points below:
